Workflow inquiry drafts
The inquiry form prepares an email draft on your device. The website does not store or transmit the form contents to IMT² unless you choose to send the email or continue through WhatsApp.
Information you send
If you send an email or WhatsApp message, IMT² receives the contact, organization and workflow information you include. It is used to respond to your inquiry, understand service needs and maintain the conversation.
Healthcare information
Do not submit patient names, reports, histories or other identifiable medical information. If such information is received unintentionally, we will take reasonable steps to restrict access and delete it.
Privacy-conscious measurement
The site labels important interactions such as solution views, case-study views, contact starts, prepared inquiry drafts, email clicks, WhatsApp clicks and language selection. These labels contain no form values or patient information. No production analytics provider is currently enabled; this policy will be updated before one is activated.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Limited service providers may process information only as needed to operate communications. Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted by contacting IMT² through the website.
