Human responsibility
People remain accountable.
AI-supported experiences may assist workflows and access to information. They are not replacements for qualified clinical judgment or organizational responsibility.
Trust framework
This is how IMT² approaches healthcare-informed design, responsible AI, privacy, validation and honest project status.
Healthcare-informed process
Unless a named clinician or institution is explicitly identified with permission, this site does not imply medical endorsement, clinical validation or regulatory approval.
Understand the environment, intended users and existing responsibilities.
Review assumptions with the people expected to use or manage the system.
Define privacy, safety, access, escalation and human-review requirements.
Test a focused experience before treating it as a finished capability.
Check clarity and usability with representative users in the intended context.
State limitations, monitor evidence and revise when reality challenges an assumption.
Human responsibility
AI-supported experiences may assist workflows and access to information. They are not replacements for qualified clinical judgment or organizational responsibility.
Privacy
Public inquiry channels must not contain patient information. Any future health-data processing requires defined purpose, access controls, retention and appropriate safeguards.
Evidence
Research, prototypes, development and live work are labeled separately. Metrics, endorsements and outcomes are published only when documented.
Limitations
AI and software can be incomplete or wrong. Systems should enable review, correction and human escalation in sensitive or uncertain situations.
